SERVICE DELIVERY TIME -

Books are normally shipped next day fourth class/media rate after receipt of order and should normally be delivered within five days. Larger packages may be shipped UPS ground.

Please send check or money order. Credit card sales available.

INSTITUTIONAL POLICY/DISCOUNTS -

Libraries and other non-profit organizations can pay on a net 30 basis upon receipt of a formal purchase order. Same terms apply to the trade. We regret that no discounts are available on book prices as marked.

TEXAS RESIDENTS - 

Please add 8.125 % sales tax to your orders.

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS -

$ 3.50 for each book. Each book in multiple-volume sets counts separately: For example - A two-volume set costs $7.00 to ship. A three-volume set costs $ 10.50 to ship, etc. Orders exceeding $ 100.00 in value are insured at our cost. A maximum shipping cost of $ 50.00 will be applied to any single order.
Note - Oversize books or sets consisting of multiple volumes may require special shipping costs and these amounts will be listed with the book description.

INTERNATIONAL RATES  -

International shipments require a special rate quote from our office, depending on the mode of transportation and the time for arrival required by the customer. Please write, call, fax, or E-mail for your special rate quotation.

PRICE INCREASES - 

May appear at any time due to limited availability of books.

BILLINGS - 

Are prepared by shipment and will normally accompany the shipment unless otherwise requested.

BACK ORDERS -

We strive to have all books in stock for prompt shipment. However, if we are temporarily out of stock we will ship immediately upon receipt of your backorder from our supplier.

OUT OF STOCK OR OUT OF PRINT BOOKS - 

Refunds by company check or credit on credit card accounts will be made immediately for any books ordered which are no longer available.

SPECIAL ORDERS WELCOME - 

We will make a concerted effort on your behalf to locate special requests. If we locate the book desired and before we order on your behalf we will quote the price to you by phone, fax, or mail to accept or refuse the order.
